BrainSprout Terms of Service

Welcome to BrainSprout. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases of our digital products.

BrainSprout is operated by BrainSprout LLC, with a business address at 2304 E 12th St, Casper, WY 82609, USA. In these terms, “BrainSprout,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.

Please read these terms before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. Who may purchase

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

2. Our products

BrainSprout provides digital resources, including downloadable PDFs and printable activities. No physical product will be shipped unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

The product description at the time of purchase identifies what is included. Please review the description, previews, file format, and any stated requirements before ordering.

You will need a compatible device and software to open the files. Printing requires access to a printer and suitable supplies, which are not included.

3. Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency, and any additional charges will be shown before you complete your purchase. You authorise payment of the total displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. These changes will not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an additional amount without your consent. If the order cannot proceed, any payment collected for it will be refunded.

4. Digital delivery

After successful payment, your files will be made available through the download page or other delivery method stated at checkout.

Please save a copy of your purchased files somewhere you can access later. A purchase does not include a promise of permanent online hosting or future product updates unless expressly stated in the offer.

If a download link does not work, a file is missing, or you cannot access your purchase, contact support@trybrainsprout.com. We will help restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

5. Permission to use your purchase

Unless a product listing expressly grants broader rights, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print the materials for personal, non-commercial use within your household.

You may save backup copies and print additional copies for that permitted use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the digital files or printed materials outside your household.

• Upload the files to public websites, shared drives, social media groups, or file-sharing services.

• Publish or distribute the download link.

• Repackage the materials for sale or claim them as your own work.

• Remove copyright or ownership notices from copies you distribute or display.

For classroom, tutoring, childcare, organisational, or commercial use, please contact us for written permission before using the materials in that setting.

These restrictions do not limit uses that applicable law expressly permits.

6. Intellectual property

The website and product materials are owned by BrainSprout or its respective licensors and rights holders.

Purchasing a product grants the usage rights described above. It does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual

7. BRAINSPROUT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscription Enrollment & Billing When visiting the Website, you may have the option to purchase a product as a one-time order or to enroll in Brainsprout’s subscription program.

If you enroll in a subscription, the payment method you provide at checkout will be automatically charged on a recurring basis at the frequency and price clearly disclosed to you at the time of enrollment, unless and until you cancel.

If you enroll in the Brainsprout subscription program, the payment method you provided will be billed and the product shipped at the delivery interval you selected, beginning from the date of your initial enrollment and continuing unless and until you cancel.

 Prices charged for your subscription will be those presented and confirmed at checkout at the time of enrollment. By completing checkout and enrolling in a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are authorizing recurring charges to your selected payment method;

• Your subscription will continue until you cancel in accordance with the terms below; and

• The amount, frequency, and product details were disclosed to you before you completed your purchase.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for a scheduled shipment or billing cycle, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the processing or shipment of your next order.

To cancel your subscription, please email support@trybrainsprout.com from the email address associated with your account and include your order number or account details so we can locate your subscription promptly.

Once your cancellation is processed, no future recurring charges will be applied to your account.

Automatic Billing Authorization
IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE BRAINSPROUT SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND HAVE PROVIDED A VALID PAYMENT METHOD, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE BRAINSPROUT TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR EACH RECURRING SHIPMENT OR BILLING CYCLE, IN THE AMOUNT AND AT THE FREQUENCY DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENROLLMENT.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BRAINSPROUT SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, YOU MAY DO SO AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING SUPPORT@TRYBRAINSPROUT.COM, SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
